Materials & Construction: Gridiron-type design. Affixed to a wooden base are fifteen wooden slide segments, evenly spaced. Eight shorter slides with the same spacing are joined at both ends by metal bars. The shorter slides, once positioned so that each short slide is between two long, fixed slides, move to the left and right. Each slide's scale is a continuation of the scale on the slide above it. The fixed slides' scales carry values from 10 to 100 (on the top eight slides), then from 0 to 100 (on slides eight through fifteen). The short slides' scales carry values from 10 to 100.

Condition: C4-C5 (Minimal to Normal signs of use). Some warping of wooden base but does not interfere with operation.
Came with: Original wooden case, substantial shrinkage cracks on top and bottom
